Has anyone else had issues redeeming this offer? I’ve tried doing it in multiple devices and it keeps saying ‘This code is only valid in the United States Store’.

Yeah, I had trouble as well. I got a slightly different message - it wasn't valid in my region, or something to that effect.
I assumed it was because I had used Brazilian Xbox Live to to up my Game Pass.

No issues here. Scanned the QR code on my Android and it went through without issues. It's nothing to do with your GPU region, I also bought mine when in Brazil.

I cannot get this to work, vanilla Irish accounts on xbox and everything - not trying to game the system here! Very annoying.
Nothing with Apple ever seems to work smoothly for me, ever - its no wonder I've a complete aversion to them
