Need to end Eviction Ban: Flatmate has Bipolar/Psychosis

We need to end the eviction ban. My room is next to a guy who has either Psychosis or Bipolar. He attends a Consultant who specialises in Bipolar and Psychosis. He punched my door for half an hour and raised his fist. He air fries chicken in the at 1am, showers at 1am and wears his headphones at all times.

We need him out as he is Dangerous. But the Eviction Ban makes it hard to get him out. End the Eviction Ban as it's dangerous being so near someone like this.

I assume this is in a rent-a-room-situation, not a regular letting of a house or apartment.

Yes, I and 2 friends live there. The landlord moved in the guy with mental health

Then you need to tell your landlord he has to deal with it, this is a serious situation, I would put it in writing to him that you are at risk.

I am actually sorry for the next house where this guy goes. Does he work?

The current eviction ban doesn't cover license agreements, so if this other roommate is a licensee, he can be kicked out by the landlord with reasonable notice. If he is engaging in anti-social and threatening behaviour, then "reasonable" most likely becomes a lot shorter, as well.

Even if he is a tenant, the eviction ban doesn't apply to evicting tenants who are engaging in serious anti-social behaviour or who are otherwise breaching their obligations. Your landlord could have terminated the tenancy on that basis even during the ban. They still can terminate the tenancy even now, but the ban will likely be allowed to expire at the end of this month anyway.
