Ladies Shorts

There're tonnes of Irish fitness wear brands on the market at the moment - New Dimensions, Queen B Athletics, Gym+Coffee, Fit Pink, I-Spy, PeachyLean, Powercut (stocked in some of the larger Dunnes Stored), Eagan Active, FinalBend, Trendy & Bendy...

Might be worth checking them, some of them have shops and some do 1-day pop-up shops - I know Queen B did a lot of pop-up shops earlier this month.

They all seem very approachable on SM, I'm guessing they'd have good returns policy.

Also became far more comfortable in the tights shorts! My faves are Sweaty Betty Power 6" also, and the New Dimension Sculpt shorts, they've a 10cm inseam I think. With loose shorts my faves are my Lululemon Track That 5"... but they do have a tendency to travel up my thighs somedays!

Must check out the New Dimensions - do they have side pockets? My must have criteria.

I am a 10-12 and wear a Small in the Power shorts and leggings …. A Medium in the zero gravity SB leggings. I’d say you would be a Medium but remember SB does free returns so maybe get both sizes and send back what you don’t want?

Even try on the Power leggings there and that will give you an idea. If you are a small 12 the Small would prob do you. They are quite stretchy on the legs.

I prefer the compression and no sagging … medium for the shorts I’d say for you so. Sometimes for longer runs in the summer I’d carry a soft bottle in the pocket so wouldn’t want them falling down 😂 Maybe give Beyoncé a call though?

I have both the small and medium in the shorts and leggings depending on the time of the month as the small can cut where I'd be bloated and that's not fun. Leggings and shorts are same fit really I would say

I wonder should have ordered the Small? I wore my Medium’s last week by accident and they annoyed me as not firm enough at all and my water bottle wouldn’t stay in the pocket either. I thought I’d given them all away but obviously missed a pair. I wore my size small yesterday for my long run and not one issue and the water bottle stayed where it was suppose to as well.
