Hello everyone, I have received a loan offer and am currently working with a solicitor to finalize the contract for a new build that is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Yes, however keep in mind most letter of offers are valid for 6 months anyway. So you may need to be reassessed even if you are staying with the existing lender.
