New BOI account: have the Iban, card and pin, but where is the 8 digit online login number

Generally speaking in BOI the A/C Number will be the final 8 digits in the IBAN, with the preceding 6 being the branch sort code. At least that's how IBANs were determined for historical accounts (and I believe similar was done across other Irish banks), and I imagine they maintained similar practices for generating new accounts.

I have two BOI business accounts and the online login 8 digit number is not the account number

If it is another business account you can add this to 365. If it is a personal account, you would need to register for a separate online profile.
