Cannot transfer to Revolut.

Hello. For the past week Bank of Ireland has been declining card payments from my BOI debit card to my Revolut account. I have confirmed with Revolut that the issue is on Bank of Ireland side and that when the payment is requested, BOI are declining it. Any assistance is appreciated.
