Anyone know if there is a way of contacting UHL directly or do I need to go through the contact details listed on https://www2.hse.ie/complaints-feedback/

My Dad has had several falls since he went into the hospital which have resulted in broken ribs/punctured lung as well as a broken hip. He had another fall in there today.

That address will work. They centralise complaints for various reasons.

I'd send a copy of complaint to the hospital. Address it The Complaints officer. No harm also sending copy to the ward manager of ward/wards he's been on, the secretary of the Consultant he's under and the director of Nursing for the hospital. Cover all bases.

The higher up the chain you contact the more effective it is.... Start at the top...and yes cc to all possible officials...
