Works behind Graveyard Ballybeg?

Hi Does anybody know what type of works are being carried out behind the Graveyard in Ballybeg? Pretty major works but nothing on planning page, I can only assume its something to do with waste water ground works?

Thanks, funny how there is no planning application or final outcome when ye look on the planning map of that area, theres no reference to works
