Hairdressers in Mullingar that will do male highlights?

I think highlights is the word I'm looking for here. Essentially, I'm nearing 21 and greys are becoming more prevalent, but not enough for it to look good. What I want to do is embrace the look by adding flecks of grey to it with dye, and considering I've never dyed my hair before, I'd like to have this done by a professional.

So one I suppose, are there any decent hairdressers in Mullingar, and two, would this be too mad a request?
