Paint that covers imperfections of unflatted ceiling

I sanded over my bathroom ceiling back and forth slowly but there are still areas that are not flat and shaped properly. If I sand over again then it would make it unlevelled over the rest of the ceiling. Is there any painting out there that also shapes?

No, but you might get away with using filler such as this:

It's white so is easy to repaint.
