    I watched all 3 episodes on All4, very interesting insight in to the background of power generation and the management of it in the UK.

    They mentioned it only takes 24 hours to install a wind turbine at sea (I'd assume the base preperation is not included in this). They are able to service the wind turbines in up to 2 metres of sea with a moveable walkway from a ship to the turbine.

    The scale of building work in episode 3 for Hinkley Point C nuclear power station is just massive, the crane on site can lift 5000 ton, construction costs £7 million a day.
