Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Works: Replacement of flat roof, installation of velux rooflight, and replacement of internal ceilings for small extension to terraced house. Flat roof has water tanks on it, which would obviously need to be removed for duration and reinstated afterwards. Also re-plastering/re-boarding of some internal walls.

    Detail: the bi-fold window is a little stiff and creaks loudly, also it doesn't open fully. (I applied WD40 but it did not help.)

    Works: House is semi-detached: External wall of house: Fix hairline cracks and paint the walls, inner wall living room wall has some dampness and need treatment. Complete renovation of the ensuite bathroom/Showerroom. Fix the cracks in the Bathroom floor. Chimney: Needs to be cleaned, some dampness noticed, needs to be treated. Landing floor needs to be done. We would prefer a laminate/wood floor for the landing. Staircase needs carpeting. The Entrance floor need some repairs. Windows: sealing needs to be redone. Window glazing needs repair.
