I'm waiting for the great movies and TV shows that show how Russia and China quietly infiltrated the Republian party and the Tory party and ended up being the real winners of the Cold War by controlling energy and technology and quiety enough bought two of the major parties in the Western World.

yeah I've only 3 episodes left, loving it so far. You could easily drop straight into Season 3 without seeing the first 2 and not really miss much

I find this season better than last, even after two epsidoes, but I still think Krasinski is one of the worst depictions of Jack Ryan, even worse than Affleck or Pine. I think when he was naive at the beginning he was good but now that he is depicting a more experienced agent his lack of range is showing. Hwe is not charismatic at all.

Season 2 was utter dogshit in fairness so would want to be a big step up to be even worth watching (as it does appear to be from both imdb and rotten tomatoes)

It's good, but the writing isn't as impressive as the budget. Could be better, but still worth watching.

That about sums it up yeah. It's OK and if you liked the first two seasons you'll probably like this but it's nothing special. The Czech president was good looking though!

Struggling to finish this out.

The type of story is so overdone-to-death.

This isn't that much ahead of the really bad 2nd season.

I enjoyed the first two seasons but 3 is definitely far superior.

There is several mentions of Ukraine in the story and I assumed that Russia’s presence there was by force as in real life but invading another country doesn’t seem to be something that this Russian president would do - so I assume Ukraine here is an ally - but they should have explained it.

I expected the knock on Gocharov’s door would be an agent of the conspiracy who had eluded detection and that Luka would be killed. Would I be right in saying that he was being arrested for his previous actions such a a Matoska? Also, there was a flashback where he discovered one of the scientist at home, having called in sick to work but it seemed I thought there was mention that he had been warned but there was nothing more about it.

The opening 4 episodes to this season have been really good and the story is great.

I know he pretty much only plays sinister characters days however I always get a kick out of seeing Rat's from the Flat's as the bad guy.

Decent last series. A big improvement on the last. At least they remembered to hire extras for all the fancy location shoots this time. If the writing was as impressive as the budget, it would have been an excellent show.
