4k Projector Problem - Pixel Stuck?

    Hi,

    I purchased an Optoma UHD38 from you in March last year. In the last week, I have noticed a white dot in the image, no matter what source (UHD player, Netflix, PC), that is tiny but very apparent when viewing content. It is probably a stuck pixel, which I am led to believe might necessitate a new DMD board. To be sure, I will attempt to clean out the projector, on the chance that it might be a bit of lint or whatever - but what is the procedure for replacing the DMD board? I assume I will need to send it back to you...? And how long will it take? I also presume that it is still under warranty?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
