Insert Stove quote of 3.5k to 4.5k

Have a a fireplace with a standard opening.

Received a quote from a reputable company for 3.5k to 4.5k for installation and purchase of an insert stove.

Just double checking that this is the going rate.

An awful lot of the price for that job depends on the distance from the stove to the top of the chimney.

Just trying to get an idea if €3.5k to €4.5k is reasonable

9kw vitae cassette.

Rang again just to double check.

This time they said 2.5k to 3.5k.

But will need to do a survey first
