Adding shelves into a wardrobe

How wide is the inside of the wardrobe?

Does it have pre-drilled holes to accomadate pegs for shelves?

If it's not an IKEA wardrobe you'll need custom shelves.

Measure the internal width accurately, go to b & q, pick up timber and they will cut it to the correct width for free. They have 18mm conti board, plastic covered chip board, in various depths.

Hardware shops also sell plastic blocks which can be used to support shelves, you will need 4 per shelf. Get screws the correct depth.

Anyone know what I would use to remove these. It looks like an allen key would do it, but there is like a curve in the bottom.

Looks more like a "ScruLox" screw or Roberston screw,

Usually get them in electrical. wholesalers, they come in different sizes.

I've been to Specsavers, and it still looks like a scrulox, square rather than hex.

Maybe the OP can let us know the outcome.

you know where I might get a screwdriver to remove them? Looks like not a very common driver

Make out your measurements, go to your local b&q they'll cut a sheet of 18mm mdf to your sizes.

Get some shelf supports and away ya go. Cost ya about 50 euro
