Removing insoles from Nike Vaporfly in place of custom orthotics

Wondering has anybody removed the insoles from their Nike Vaporfly’s (or equivalent Nike runner) to put in custom orthotics? It looks like the insoles are glued / stitched into the runner itself and I’m reluctant to try to rip the insoles out. Would appreciate advice from anyone who has removed insoles from their Nike…

I have been told by high level runners like sub 2:20 marathon that really the expectation is not having them in all the time. So would leave them out for the speed sessions and racers tbh.
