Best ForEx conversion place?

Have just recently sold a house in the UK after moving back to Ireland last year. Obviously now we're sitting on a bunch of money in Sterling that we'll need to bring in to Ireland so that we can buy a house here(we hope)... Transfermate or Transferwise.
Hard to see where sterling will go. Its quite bad at the moment.

If its a large amount you can request a dealer rate from your bank. AIB will drop to 0.25% off mid market if you are good at negotiating
