Any suggestions for filling and leveling the left side of this garden. Have 20 mm porcelain slab tiles to cover it so just looking for the cheapest and quickest way to put a sub-base in. Any suggestions for filling and leveling the left side of this garden.
Have 20 mm porcelain slab tiles to cover it so just looking for the cheapest and quickest way to put a sub-base in.
As you can see from the pictures, it slopes from left to right. I want to get level up to the path on the right (doesn't need to be the same level as the path).
Any advice greatly appreciated.

are the tiles suitable for external use?
what does this mean\
