Would it be possible to login with ID and PIN, without any reference to my Android 6 phone? I hope so!!

Hi Prendiville555,

Thanks for getting back to us. If you're unable to update the version of Android on your device you could request a Physical Security Key, PSK, which can be used instead of the mobile app to approve log in on desktop and online card purchases. Our colleagues can arrange one for you on 0818200362 and they are available 9-5 Monday to Friday.

I found the application form to order the PSK ans submitted it today Jan 19.
