    Hi All

Can help to buy be a single application or does it need to be a group application even if I have enough tax paid to claim the full amount?

We are applying to a joint mortgage application

my OH has a tax liabilities(C19 payments) thats taken time to settle and we are in a bit of a rush with the application

    TIA

If you're in a rush to apply you could apply yourself.

When you go to claim however the names on the application need to match the names on the loan offer.

A relative had similar situation last year.

They applied individually so they had claim number for the builder. Then when it came to claiming, cancelled the first application, reapplied jointly. Informed builder and passed on new claim number.
