Will I Have to Pay Customs When Ordering from Shein?

As per the title, will I have to pay customs? I don't think I will as they're EU headquarters are in Belgium I think but just double checking. Thanks & hope this post is in the correct forum.

PRICE, VAT & TAX
All prices include the applicable VAT and any other taxes (where applicable).

I have never paid customs fees for orders from Shein. The packages come from some EU hub.
