    53/39 rings in good Nic

    minor rub on inner of arm from a front mech

    needs bearings - hence price of €70

    Are these the carbon or non-carbon version? It's hard to see! Can they take 50/34 rings or is that a different version? Thanks, Paul

    Carbon and the old 5-bolt design, so 53/39 52/36 50/34 aren't interchangeable.

    Yeah -

    sorry don’t know why I didn’t get a notification of comment -

    you can change the outer ring down to a 50t ( have one too )

    but inner stays at 39t

    I have English and Italian BB cups also for this crank .
