This is a topic (for a few different reasons) that is now being discussed around kitchen tables all the time now.

I suspect that was his intention, to play a part in raising the profile of a topic that is going to be a huge issue for politicians in the coming years.

I don't like to say it, as I believe it's a thankless job, but TDs are in for a tough time, it could get very nasty for them, they will be the public face of these divisive topics.

The same process will likely occur again and the letter of the law should be followed. If anyone on here disobeys A COURT ORDER they can expect the full weight of the law to come down on them. The same should be done here. The judges were saying that he is benefiting somehow by being imprisoned so they released him. I found that completely ridiculous.
