RTB tribunal timelines

Hi just wondering on RTB tribunal timelines. We have an adjudication in February but are expecting an appeal as a time wasting exercise. this has been dragging out far to long already so I’m not willing to waste another 12 months Tia

About 3 to 6 months in my experience. Another 6 weeks for the verdict.

Had adjudication in March, it was appealed to a Tribunal held in August, result in October, now we have to go to the District Court to enforce the order as the tenant has refused to comply with it and has stopped paying rent since the Tribunal. Best of luck to you, I wouldn't wish being a private landlord on my worst enemy (except maybe my tenant)
