Hi all. The wife's 308 mirrors have stopped closing in when locking the car. It's a 2019 model. Has this happened anyone and where would I start with trying to resolve the issue. Any help appreciated.

On the mirror adjustment knob is there a position you need to move it too to make the mirrors fold?

They can be manually adjusted to a point. There electronic and would retract/fold in once you lock the car. That is not longer working

Can it be enabled / disabled in the settings? If you can get them to fold in / out using the adjuster knob there is nothing wrong with the mechanism so somebody has probably been messing around with the the settings.

Someone messing with the settings.Possibly battery failing in keyfob.Check settings, clean around mirror swivel points.Check batteries in key fob

Settings and the keyfob are ok. Will check the swivel point. Cant find definitive location of specific fuse. Will go through them one by one. There are 2 fuse boxes. 1 under the bonnet, the other in the passenger footwell.

Often there is a switch to enable or disable folding mirrors. I am not sure on this specific car, but on vw or Hyundai there is option for heated mirror and keep mirrors in, or keep out or auto. It's unlikely to be a fuse. Check the user manual.

This happened me. Fold in and out the mirrors with the button on the inside of the door. Then try locking and unlocking the doors with the fob.
