Best tv for around a grand

Just looking for any advice going on what’s the best tv deal for around about €1k. Don’t mind a bit more to get the right one

ideally would like dual satellite tuner and record option built in…… or attach hard drive

smart tv, stick the Netflix and rte layer etc on

saoirview

55inch or maybe a little bigger (don’t the the wife 🫣)

always had Sony tvs and the one I have is 14 years old and still brilliant picture, I will keep it in other room

The Sony XR55A80JU is actually sold out but the closest I would have on offer would be the LG OLED55CS6 which is HDMI 2.1, a great processor, OLED panel and has a Saorview and Satellite tuner built in. It's not twin tuners though. It's currently £849 and a steal at that price:

The Sony Bravia TVs are unreal… watching one now and really impressed since I picked it up a couple of years back.

Yes. We have an old model Sony Bravia and it’s fantastic, hence wanting to stick with them

Unfortunately stock has now ran out on this line and there is currently no ETA for more to arrive.

Once it went £999 it flew out the door.

Might there be another TV that would suit?

Yes that’s the one.

I think it’s the best value going at the moment, although I will be shot when it lands in the sitting room with the size of it. Are there 45 inch versions of same?

No 45" version unfortunately. 55" is the smallest in that model.

Did you get an order in for one of them as stock is now pretty much gone on these.

There is also the Philips 55OLED707 priced at at £999 as a possible alternative.

I didn’t mention any competition store by name. You have none in stock. I was looking for a specific model. Others may read thread and you were essentially saying they can’t be got. All I was saying is that they are freely available.
