LAMB BROTHERS DUBLIN Edward Burke, commercial traveller

    Have just seen posts from previous years about history of Lamb Brothers and Fruitfield jam. Am trying to compile a biographical account of my grandfather Edward (Ned) Burke , 1884 to 1966, who was one of the very first commercial travellers for the company. From Kilbride, Ballycastle, co. Mayo, he was apparently friendly with Harold Lamb. He and his wife, Elizabeth, may have lived with the Lamb family for some time after their wedding in 1918. They lived on Tyrconnell Road and later Naas Road, Inchicore. Members of the Lamb family have contributed posts here so I'm reaching out for any information about Ned's career. He stayed with the company for his entire life. Would greatly appreciate any help!
