Convective/Thunderstorm Discussion: Autumn2022

Torrential rain here near Tralee, would be nice to get a bit of a light show, don't know if the storms off the coast could make it inland we will see.

So he seems to be getting busier all the time, would be a big loss if it doesn't continue.

Unstable airmass following the frontal passage overnight, heavy convective showers to follow from early morning more so along Atlantic coastal counties, thunderstorms and hail quite possible scattered along the coasts or a bit inland , some of the showers could produce locally strong blustery winds.

The second wave in the afternoon/ early evening and associated upper trough turning more negatively tilted with very cold uppers becoming quite unstable could produce a fair bit of activity along the SW, S and SE coasts and later over the Irish Sea. Possibly mostly over water but some might stray inland too. Big showers with hail at times and blustery if not squally along coastal areas.

Thunder in Tralee just now, huge showers earlier, delayed with flood on the way to work .
