Which is the best month to move into Dublin?

Hi, everyone!
I'm from Brazil and I'll have the opportunity to live in Dublin for a year.
However, I need to choose between April, May or June to get there. In which months is easiest to find a place?

I'd say May or June before the tourists come and the students are moving out? Busy anyway..
