DA Approved, How long till I receive updated Public Services Card.

I eventually got my disability allowance approved and backdated from last March, I am officially on DA from 2nd November. I'm just wondering, how long is it before you receive the updated Public Services Card, at the moment I'm still using and topping up my Leap Card. Thanks if anyone has any info about this.

Delighted for you. I'm not entirely sure your PPSN card is updated automatically, it is for pensioners, maybe someone will come back with a better answer but I seem to recall you may need to contact the section dealing with DA to request your card be updated

Still haven't received this public services card, so I may have to get in touch with them and apply for this separately.

You won’t have to apply separately but give a ring to Tel: (071) 915 7100 or 0818 200 400, pick the prompt for free travel and have your PPSN handy.

No, I didn't realise my card had expired in 2020, I never even checked the date until your one on the phone told me, she said that was the reason a replacement wasn't sent out. Thanks for the number as I got this sorted pretty fast.
