Recommend decent inverter welder

Any idea of a budget? Most small (up to 160 amp) inverters will work fine on a std 13amp socket. 2.5mm electrodes will be fine for basic stuff in a shed and 2.5mm rods will be using a amp range of between 50 ~ 80 amps, so if you're happy with that then a 140amp welder would be more than enough

Sip would have had a good name back in the day when everything was made in Italy. Like most mfgrs, it all gets subbed out to China and comes back in wearing various badges. It will do what it says - for how long, who knows.
