What filler would you use to repair small hole in the plastic housing of external door mirror? Would the black stuff they use for bumpers do it?

What car and color is it? Depending on it's popularity, it may not be worthwhile to repair vs replacing.

Sugru would be a good bet

What car is it? A new one might cost less than a pack of sugru, or cost €200.

Some car mirrors have the glass heater, three motors, side indicator, puddle light, a camera, GPS receiver, and phone antenna, none of which you want getting wet.
