106 sq meters builders finish..

House situated in Kildare. As stated above it is 106 sq meters and at builders finish. So I basically need to have the following done: Lay floors Furniture Appliances Blinds. What would be a middle of the road guesstimation? Nothing flashy but would like it to be finished decently. Also I'd be getting people in to do the…

Depends on quality - floors in particular - laminate/solid all rooms or just all except bathrooms, what about stairs? 4-10k+
Furniture - harvey norman/ikea or designer? starts at 3-5k but up to 10k if getting fitted wardrobes, bathroom cabinets etc
Appliances - 3-5k for washer / dryer / cooker / hood / dishwasher / microwave depending in brands
Blinds - Could be as low as 1-2k but higher depending on number/quality/type
