It's being reported that it was an Irish National Party event, gate crashed by anti-facists.

According to commentors on Reddit it was the National Party conference, and some Antifa turned up, hence the rumpus. The usual suspects will find a way to blame Sinn Fein but you can bet your bottom dollar it wasn't anything to do with them as the Indo would already be all over it if it was.

Not surprising the hotel isn't commenting, they are probably embarassed to have accepted the booking.
