Surfshark VPN at 95% off after cash back

I had no tracking on the order for some reason and got onto their chat, below is the response.

Claims take around 6 months to complete I'm afraid, I know this seems like a long time but there are lots of important checks along the way

So if the claim is unsuccessful most chances of getting the money back have passed?

We do advise you don't make purchases based on cashback and think of it as an added bonus to a purchase you would already be making 🙂

Not sure if I want to wait and see if it goes through and if not try get the money back before it's to late. I'd love to know the "lots of important checks along the way" they do. It's one transaction. 🙄

Update on this. I received an email saying I did not qualify for the cashback according to Surfshark so Quidco says. They generously offered me €2.50 off my next dealings with them. Never again will I be dealing with them. I hope the rest of you have better luck.

Just tried BBC iPlayer there as well and after a couple of minutes it worked ok. Australia not working though. Find it hit and miss with most countries lately.
