1st Mortgage Repayment Date

Hi,

If drawdown occurs for example on 4th December, I've heard the first payment isn't due for 30 days after this date. I've also heard that you can also then choose the date you want the repayments to be debited.

Is this correct? Would this mean if drawdown occurred 4th December, plus 30 days being 3rd January, you can then choose for example 30th January as the repayment date? So almost 2 months after drawdown would be 1st repayment date?

The mortgage repayment date is calculated at drawdown and you will be advised of this at the time. Our mortgage admin team can help with changing the date on 01-6113333. The payment date change will be coordinated so that you do not miss a month’s payment. The max that a payment date can be pushed out by is 21 days.
