Solid Fuel Stove query

Hi, I have a Henley Blasket stove. It is connected to my heating system. I am in the process of switching to an A2W Heat Pump. Is it ok to disconnect this stove from the heating system and just use it every now and then for room heating? In other words can a back boiler stove be adapted to only heat the room it is in?…

No, it will warp and eventually crack.
You'll need to replace it with a dry stove.
