New SIM Card for GSM Dialler

Hi All, Is there a specific SIM Card Provider / Pay as you go offer that Alarm installers are using for their GSM Units? All of the offers I see look for 15/20 euro per month. Can you not get the previous 5 euros every six months one anymore? Thanks

Bought a pay as you go. Top up by €10. Go for 085, 089. Then put a reminder in mobile for to top up every 4 mths by €5 on line. Is this a qsm-question

To use for a text dialer you will need to make sure sim is 2G.
Vodafone have a tri sim that works.
