I'm on x and o's do I get a double payment? Because I have not today.

I did my research. I asked here- and I asked the department. No answer!

Illness Benefit is not included on your list!

There are 45000 IB customers mentioned on that list- but as you can see above there are people on IB who do not receive any double payment.

And it is the same game every year with the Christmas Bonus! It seems to be that SOME JB customers get a double payment- and others not. Can anyone explain the exact rules for JB and double payment?

I saw on Welfare.ie that all Jobs seekers will get a double payment, I moved from Tus to X's and O's in September

Just checked with Welfare it's a week in arrears for causal and part time workers.

Would I be entitled to this if I'm on back to education allowance?

You are correct re illness benefit they are completely excluded from any of the extra payments, Double payment & Christmas bonus. However a double payment was paid to those on full JSB this week, we're there is confusion, seems to be those on X & o's, part time JSA/B, it's not clear they are getting it so I can't answer that.

Seperately, I also Don't believe anyone on full JSB is entitled to the Christmas bonus payment but open to correction. The wording states those on a jobseekers payment (long term)
