PT1000 temperature sensors + unvented cylinder

Unfortunately this diagram doesn't match my cylinder.

Is it possible to stick the sensor on a pipe maybe? Not sure with what kind of material though - just thinking out loud.

A thermostat seems to be installed in F already, and that is also wired to the Eddi.

On a different note, could I use K with a pocket/adaptor of some kind to put a thermostat up there too?

That's awesome, yes, thank you. I imagined there should be something, but really haven't a clue about terminology so couldn't find anything :)

On the thermostat in F that's also wired to the Eddi - is that the normal set-up? If it's redundant or if the set-up can be improved, I wouldn't mind using that pocket for a second temperature reading.
