I will be flying Monday morning week from Shannon to Stansted with Ryanair - flight departs at 8.35 am. First time flying from Shannon. Just wondering what time would I need to be at Shannon roughly at? I will have checked in already.

Genuinely no need to be there any earlier than 07:15

    It’s so quick getting through

I love Shannon, Hit the car park by 8am and you would be at the gate by 0810, you might want to leave another few minutes as its you first time. The have new scanners (no liquids or laptops out nonsense)

Shannon is fine, expect no delays at airport, esp if you are pre booked. The area post security for boarding is downstairs and a bit tight, so don't rush to be standing there.

Get through security by 7.35 and youll have plenty of time. Boarding will be about 30 minutes before flight. Youll be fine but leaving it any later and the person queuing ahead of you at security who doesnt know what theyre doing will add to your time. And security might do an examination of your bag.

Even now though you don’t even need to bag things at security. It’s so efficient there that it would be terribly unlucky to get shafted with delays
