Issue redeeming Ryanair Gift Vouchers

    Hoping someone on this Sub can help.

    My daughter is trying to redeem some Ryanair Vouchers she received as gifts. Every time she tries to use them she's getting this message

    'Please be advised the name on the gift card must match the exact name on the passport'

    But the name matches! We've tried multiple Browsers etc...

    Has anyone else encountered this issue and managed to resolve? No joy getting through to Customer Service.

    Is there a space or Fada or anything on the name that might be throwing it off? The chat function on the ryanair website may help. Ive used it before for a similar issue and it was sorted through there

    i found that my gift card had my first name and surname but as my passport , registered as the travel document on MyRyanair account Included my middle name, this was causing the gift card being rejected.
    The comment above by 89897 encouraged me to go back to the on-line Customer service chat .Once you get past the BOT and get a real person on the chat was all will usually get sorted
