Finding buyer for shares not listed on stock exchange

I am in possession of some shares that are not listed on the Stock Exchange. The company does not buy back/redeem its shares, if I wished to set about trying to find a private buyer for the shares, what would be the best way to go about this?

What does the company charter, or rules, say about sale of shares? Is it an Employee Share Ownership Plan?

It is not an employee scheme.
It's states they can be sold if the shareholder finds a buyer.

Yes and this is why I posted here asking would anyone have any suggestions about how I would go about advertising these shares for sale.
