    I am looking for an approximate rebuild cost per Sq.Meter/Sq. Foot for House Insurance renewal in the North Kildare area. Approximate total sq. foot is 3000sq. ft

    Sorry to drag up this thread, but what is included in that sq ft cost? Does it include the likes of finished flooring/ walls painted etc?
