Yes it was definitely America that set off a bomb in the Baltic sea without alerting any NATO allies to their plan and creating a massive shipping hazard in the process, they had to in order to prevent Putin from using the basically non-functioning NS as a bargaining chip. It's also amazing that this incredibly secretive and covert mission that took most EU countries by surprise was instantly figured out by thousands of different accounts all over various social media platforms almost simultaneously the very same day.
