Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Investment Property Abroad

    Thinking of perhaps buying a property abroad and renting it out.

    Somewhere like Lanzarote or Tenerife where we could spend large parts of the year when retired. Retirement is long long way off yet but it's an investment I'd be interested in if it would pay its own way through renting out.

    I'd appreciate if anyone has any feedback on their experience of buying Abroad, any tips or if it's something you'd recommend.

    Would be looking at something in the region of €150-€200k.

    Would be looking for something in a busy enough area with pubs, bars and close to the sea and an outdoor pool.
