my partner and I are considering moving to cromwellsfort drive wexford. Any opinions on the estate/general area?

I've lived in Cromwells Fort Drive for the last 22 years and the estate in itself in perfect. Theres very little trouble if any trouble to be honest. Its close to all the shops/pubs/ restaurants via walking too.
