Direct Debit - Mortgage Payment

Mortgage direct debit to EBS was missed because Bank of Ireland overpaid credit bill. Please advise what can be done and can EBS try direct debit again before end of month now that sufficient funds are in account. Bank of Ireland have not responded to any of my calls or emails.

Thanks for getting in touch with us.
If you contact EBS they can advise the date they will represent for the DD for payment.
You mention overpayment to credit bill, was this your credit card bill with BOI that somehow was overpaid?
