    There's no security updates for windows xp, if you go on random websites you can get a virus, malware, keylogger, without knowing it, you could install Linux mint, 32 bit version and you, d be safe to use the Web, dual boot windows, Linux, look on YouTube how to install Linux mint, it's free. Norton does not protect the pc, since theres no security updates for the os from Microsoft. Malware could send your passwords, pin no to a hacker.

    You can dual boot windows and Linux, use Linux to browse the Web, installing Linux also installs the necessary drivers for WiFi , ethernet motherboard devices on your pc
